Intake appointments are 75 minutes and the fee is $180. The therapeutic hour (45-50 min.) session fees are $125.00. Additional services are prorated based on the therapeutic hour. Other services include report writing for other professionals at your request, telephone conversations lasting longer than 15 minutes, consulting with other professionals with your permission, preparation of records or treatment summaries, and the time spent performing any other services you may request. If you become involved in legal proceedings that require Jennifer's participation, you will be expected to pay for all of her professional time, including preparation and transportation costs, even if she is called to testify by another party. [Because of the difficulty of legal involvement, Jennifer charges $200.00 per hour for preparation and attendance at any legal proceeding.]
Although there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 business hours in advance you will be charged a full session fee of $125.
Jennifer is an out-of-network provider, as the practice is not contracted with any insurance companies. A "superbill" can be provided for submittal to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company with questions regarding your coverage.
Payments must be paid in full at the time of service. The practice accepts cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, HSA (Health Spending Account), FSA (Flex Spending Account), and ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account).
